Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any product that you have purchased, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 10 days of recepit and we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt provided all returned items still have tags attached (we strongly recommend that customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and disposing of any original packaging). Footwear must be returned with its original designer packaging - footwear returned without its original designer packaging will not be accepted. Please note that any items bought from the Outlet or Specials Sections will not be refunded.

All returned items will be subject to a quality check and must not be worn, damaged or washed in any way. Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to you and will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. must receive the item(s) within 10 days of the date or arrival with you – items outside if this time frame will be accepted at the discretion of and can only be refunded as a store credit. 

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour we will do so subject to stock availability. Alternatively you may select another item or request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item following a quality control check. Refunds will only cover the ticket price of the item(s), unfortunately shipping costs/postage charges will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item for an exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for another size or colour), you will not be required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel if the original order was $200 or more. All other returns/reorders will be charged delivery again based on your preference.
