We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt provided all returned items still have tags attached (we strongly recommend that customers check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags and disposing of any original packaging). Footwear must be returned with its original designer packaging - footwear returned without its original designer packaging will not be accepted.
Please note that items purchased from The Outlet or Specials Section cannot be returned for refund.
Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way and will be subject to a quality check upon receipt back into our warehouse. Items that do not pass the quality check will be returned to you.

We will exchange an item for the same in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned item(s) have been received and the item(s) have undergone a quality control check.
Refunds will be made to you within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) in our Queenstown Wharehouse subject to a quality control check.
