Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.

This does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our products are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
