PRODUCT INFORMATION & COLOURS
We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as possible.
Please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings. As many of our pieces are handmade, there may also be small variations between individual pieces.
PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Delivery charges are additional and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are correct. If we discover an error relating to an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.
ORDERS
When you place an order with Style & Grace, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have made a mistake or would like to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Exchanges policy will apply.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
We do not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
DELIVERY
We deliver throughout New Zealand, Australia and selected international destinations.
Delivery charges and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on destination, courier services, customs and other circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your Style & Grace purchase.
Our change-of-mind returns, exchanges, faulty item information and returns instructions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our products are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
GIFT CARDS
Style & Grace gift cards are subject to the terms displayed when they are purchased or issued.
Gift cards sold by Style & Grace will comply with applicable New Zealand gift card expiry requirements.
Unless required by law, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any remaining balance may be used toward a future purchase in accordance with the terms of the gift card.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw a product from sale or update product information, descriptions or pricing where necessary.
We will not make changes to an order that has already been accepted and paid for without contacting you where the change materially affects your purchase.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Style & Grace website, including text, graphics, branding, photographs and website content, belongs to Style & Grace or is used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
Website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
